Temeka Ramsey, LMSW earned her Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of Arkansas, and her Master of Social Work from Western New Mexico University.

Temeka has spent the last 20 years in service to underrepresented and underserved populations domestically and abroad; she has traveled extensively as a medical missionary to places such as Guatemala, Cuba, Honduras and Haiti, providing social support to women, children and elderly individuals in those areas.  Temeka has given much of her time to disaster relief efforts in the aftermath of hurricanes, tornadoes and earthquakes, providing much needed volunteer coordination, home builds and mental health support to those affected by natural disasters.

Temeka believes in every person’s ability to heal themselves when provided with adequate time and the right tools.  She focuses on identifying the lies negative experiences have told you, and works with you to dismantle the limiting beliefs that have kept you in the cycle of fear and self doubt-the breeding ground for anxiety and depression. She is passionate about people and counts it a privilege to support individuals, couples and families along their personal journeys toward emotional and relational wholeness.

A survivor of domestic violence, Temeka has personally navigated the deep waters of low-self esteem, self-doubt and self-sabotage to emerge on the other side of the darkness victorious!

Temeka believes it is her life-long calling to destroy the walls of limitation holding people hostage, and if you are ready to take the journey-her bags are already packed!
