Rose Netherland, LMSW earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Arkansas in 2023. Since then, she’s been honored to support families as a school-based therapist, building on more than 15 years of experience as an educator in Northwest Arkansas. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Spanish from the University of Arkansas (2005) and her time abroad has further shaped her skills and deepened her passion for working with diverse populations.
As a therapist, Rose takes a person-centered, strengths-based approach to empower families and clients of all ages. She has specialized training in Child-Centered Play Therapy and is currently pursuing additional training and supervision toward becoming a Registered Play Therapist. She enjoys incorporating playful, sensory-based techniques to engage the whole person and foster meaningful connections within families.
Outside of work, Rose loves adventuring near and far with her two wonderful kids and exploring local trails with her dogs.
