Li-Li Sadinsky, MS, LPC received her Master of Science in Counselor Education from the University of Arkansas in 1996 and her Bachelor of Science in Child Development and Family Relationships from University of Texas at Austin in 1993.

She worked in Therapeutic Day Treatment for 13 years and in a behavioral health hospital 8 years. She works with children and adolescents experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, mood disturbance, impulse control, and anger problems such as aggression and violence. She also works with patients who have experienced severe trauma, emotional/physical/sexual abuse, suicidal ideations/attempts, homicidal ideations, hallucinations, self-harm behaviors, human trafficking, substance use, emotional dysregulation, attachment and abandonment, multigenerational trauma, oppositional/defiant behaviors, conduct problems, poor social/communication skills, interpersonal relationships, low self-esteem, and maladaptive defense mechanisms.

Her counseling orientation is Reality Therapy, which helps clients identify their needs/wants and empowers clients to achieve their life goals. She is dedicated to helping clients and cares about their well-being. She has been able to help many of her clients and patients in the past and strives to continue her work with dedication, compassion, and enthusiasm. She grew up in Taiwan, ROC and settled in Fayetteville, AR in 1994. She enjoys the arts, music, cooking, and reading in her spare time, and has friends from diverse cultural backgrounds.
