Ellen Bennett, LAC, received her Masters in School and Mental Health Counseling from the University of Arkansas in 2018. Upon graduation, she spent two years as a middle school counselor and three years in the elementary school setting.
Ellen has experience working with children and their families who have experienced trauma. She utilizes a person-centered approach to meet each client where they are at. She is also trained in play therapy and likes to utilize that with her younger clients.
In her free time, Ellen enjoys spending time with her friends and family, reading, swimming, and taking care of her cat named Pear.
