Vanessa Corvera, LMSW, received her Master of Social Work from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. She has experience working with children, teenagers, and young adults in the school setting who have experienced an array of issues such as anxiety, trauma, behavioral issues, ADHD, and grief. In addition, she also has experience working with minority communities in nonprofit settings.
he uses a solution-focused and person-centered approach when working with clients. She also uses a holistic lens when working with clients- considering the various factors that may be impacting the individual. Vanessa is passionate about working with children, teenagers, and young adults, and being able to help them navigate the various challenges that life brings their way. She seeks to create a safe space where clients can be themselves, learn about themselves, gain confidence in who they are, and gain the skills they need to live a happy, healthy life.
In her free time Vanessa enjoys taking long walks with her dog, watching Netflix, listening to music, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
