Rachel Smith, LCSW, received her Master of Social Work in 2018 from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. She has spent the last 5 years working in different areas of social work in school based and outpatient settings and spent time as a school social worker finding resources and connecting families in the Northwest Arkansas area.
A few of her treatment modalities include cognitive behavioral therapy and solution focused therapy. Additionally, Rachel’s experience ranges from working with children, adolescents and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, behavioral issues, substance abuse and other interpersonal conflicts.
In her free time Rachel enjoys going on hikes, reading, and playing board games with friends.
