Caisa believes that the therapeutic alliance is at the core of successful intervention and seeks to establish an environment where clients feel welcome, seen, and affirmed for who they are as they explore their needs, gain self-knowledge, learn new skills, and pursue their goals.
In her free time, Caisa enjoys disc golf, creative writing, watching movies, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
