Erica Reaser is a Northwest Arkansas native and graduate of the University of Central Arkansas, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology with minors in Cognitive Neuroscience and Interdisciplinary Studies. She later earned her Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at John Brown University and now works primarily with children and adolescents through school-based counseling services, supporting students in familiar and accessible settings.
Being raised in a multicultural household with Korean heritage, Erica brings a culturally sensitive and neurodiversity-affirming lens to her counseling work. She values the importance of honoring each client’s unique background, identity, and lived experience, and is passionate about creating a warm, inclusive space where clients feel safe, seen, and empowered.
Erica is also a certified yoga teacher and thoughtfully integrates mindfulness and body-based practices into therapy to support emotional regulation and holistic well-being. Her client-centered, relational approach is rooted in empathy, presence, and authenticity. She is currently working toward further training to become a Registered Play Therapist and is pursuing additional education in yoga therapy to deepen the mind-body connection in her clinical work.
