Adriana (Adi) Delpilar, LAC, earned her Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University in Alamosa, Colorado, in 2023. She also holds undergraduate degrees in Human Services with a specialization in Counseling and in Church Ministries from Nelson University (formerly Southwestern Assemblies of God University). An ordained minister, Adi has over a decade of experience working with teens and families in both religious and community settings.

Having moved to the United States at a young age, Adi is bilingual and fluent in both English and Spanish. Her cultural background and life experiences inform her commitment to providing compassionate, culturally responsive care to individuals and families.

Adi has worked extensively in school-based and community mental health settings, specializing in the treatment of anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. She integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy to support her clients in building resilience and achieving meaningful, lasting change. Her trauma-informed approach is rooted in empathy, collaboration, and the belief that healing is always possible.

Outside of her clinical work, Adi enjoys reading, hiking, exploring new coffee shops, and playing pickleball.
