Ryan Pearson, MSW, QBHP is completing his Master of Social Work from Walden University, set to graduate in November 2020 and received his Bachelor of Science in Emergency Management from Arkansas Tech University in 2013. He has worked in the Mental Health field with clients ranging from children to adolescents, families, and adults. He worked with individuals in Russellville, AR from 2012 to 2015, and has been serving clients in Northwest Arkansas since 2015. Ryan has experience working in a variety of settings such as schools, residential facilities, and community-based organizations.
Ryan’s genuine personality and sense of humor allows his clients to feel comfortable and safe in building a nurturing relationship, allowing him to assist them in bettering their mental health and wellness. He has experience working primarily with clients with behavioral issues as well as those facing anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and social skills/peer relationships. Ryan believes in empowering his clients to lead their own mental health journey using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused, and Psychosocial Development theory interventions to help them reach their goals. His passion for creating positive change in his clients’ lives and throughout his community shows in all aspects of his practice.
Ryan enjoys spending his free time traveling, playing sports, and being outdoors with his wife and 3 young sons.
