Cira Abiseid, LMSW received their Master of Social Work from the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville in2023. They hold undergraduate degrees in Political Science (2005) and Psychology (2008) from the University of Central Arkansas in Conway. Prior to becoming a therapist, Cira worked in retail management for over thirteen years.
Cira has experience in working with children and families who have experienced trauma and utilized elements of Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in providing treatment. Cira believes clients are the experts of their own stories and strives to engage all people incollaborative care and healing. Cira focuses on meeting clients where they are and providing validation of their unique perspectives and experiences. Cira is passionate about working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community and offering a safe and affirming space for clients to reach their goals while working from a holistic perspective.
When not working, Cira enjoys spending time with their partner and child enjoying the outdoors in Northwest Arkansas. Cira is also an avid reader, gardener, and amateur chef.
