Executive Assistant to the CEO
Grace Daniel is the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Eason Counseling & Associates, VaShonda Eason, LCSW. In her role, she provides detailed logistical support and coordinates scheduling, contributes to executive team projects, and manages communications for the CEO, while also providing support to the administrative team and clinical staff.
Prior to joining ECA, Grace graduated with a bachelors degree in Psychology. She began working in the mental health field during the pandemic providing direct client in the NWA area as a qualified behavioral health provider. She has two years of experience working closely with the community and schools in Northwest Arkansas through providing direct client care to clients and their families.
As the Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, her passion and persistence towards supporting the mission of Eason Counseling & Associates is equal to that in supporting the CEO, VaShonda Eason, LCSW in her role(s) as a leader, mentor, clinical supervisor, and licensed clinical social worker.
