Aubree Rankin, LAC received her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Arkansas. She has been trained in EMDR, Sandtray, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. Aubree has experience working with adolescents and adults.
Aubree believes that everyone deserves to be seen, heard, and understood because it is in these moments that true healing can happen. She strives to create a safe space where individuals can be their authentic selves and feel supported in their goals. Aubree is passionate about walking alongside individuals and feels honored to be a part of their healing journey. She enjoys working with adolescents and adults from all backgrounds and walks of life.
Taking an Emotionally Focused Therapy approach to counseling, Aubree focuses on emotional awareness and attachment, helping her clients develop healthier relationships and a deeper understanding of their emotions.
In her free time, Aubree enjoys spending time with her dog, reading a good book, cherishing moments with friends and family, exploring the outdoors, and discovering food and dessert spots in NWA.
