Anna Cone, LMSW earned her Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Arkansas. She is trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT.) She has experience working with teenagers and adults in agency settings as well as private practice. Additionally, she has past experience in medical social work and child advocacy.
Anna has experience working with teenagers and adults through family conflict and divorce, anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic-pain, women’s issues, and personality disorders such as BPD. Her genuine, laid-back approach to building trust allows clients to feel safe and ready to engage in the therapy process. Anna is LGBTQIA+ affirming and welcomes individuals of all identities and expressions.
In her free time, Anna enjoys going on walks, listening to true-crime podcasts, and enjoying dinner on patios around town with friends and family.
